What is the role?
Cold Call Advertising Sales - B2B
Candidates MUST HAVE experience with outbound B2B Sales Calls.

Must be able to work West Coast Business Hours but can work from anywhere in the USA.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST/PACIFIC TIME ZONE (or 9 AM to 6 PM PST)

Comp Plan Flexible Programs:
Sixty-day training required on plans One or Two before one qualifying for Plan Three.
PLAN ONE: Pay Per Call
Be paid for outbound calls made, plus commission. Earn $1,000 to $2,000 per month for calls made, plus commission.

200 calls per day = $100 per day pay

1,000 calls per week = $500 per week

Calls paid at .50 per call with minimal sales requirements ($1 sales per call)

All calls over 100 in a day qualify for payment at .50 per quality call.

Earn monthly from the Pay Per Calls Made

If your sales exceed your calls, earn commissions on the overage

Historic analytics has demonstrated 100 plus calls leads to consistent sales
PLAN TWO: Bridge to W2 Sales Development Manager
Sixty Day Commission Only Training Plan: Full-time and Part Time - CLOSERS earn immediate, $3,000 to $6,000 per month during training period closing 1 to 2 ads per day. Focus on quality phone calls, not number of phone calls. Closers are rewarded on this plan with higher earning potential then Plan One above based on similar number of ads sold. Believe in your closing ability and be rewarded!
PLAN TWO AND THREE HAVE AN OPTIONAL COMMISSION PAYMENT PLAN, SELL AD, ONCE CLIENT PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, COMMISSION IMMEDIATELY PAID. Get paid on a sale by sale basis rather than waiting until the end of a PAY PERIOD.
PLAN THREE: Qualify after sixty days on Plans One or Two Above
W2 Company Employee Sales Pro (Part Time W2 available also).
Full-time pays $1,900 per month guaranteed salary for full-time, plus 24% for all sales over hurdle Earn $32,000 to $72,000 for the first twelve months, income can grow over six-figures after two years. Includes benefits, plus: monthly, quarterly, annual and longevity bonus plans.

One will need approximately four ads sold per week on plan 1 or 2, to qualify for Full-Time, W2 position and 3 ads sold per week to qualify for a Part-Time W2 position. Demonstrate the above closing ability for sixty days to qualify.

Regional Sales Manager - Manager a Team of sales reps- after six-months can earn a 4% override on all team sales, plus potential to earn inherited residual income on renewals from team members.
PLAN FOUR: Commission Only, independent contractors are welcome.
Both full-time and part-time. Operate as an independent business and earn healthy commissions on all new sales.
Earning Examples For Plans Two and Three listed below:

Sell 1 Ad Per Day at an average of $500 per ad space, earns approximately $2,500 per month.

Sell 2 Ads Per Day at average of $500 per ad space, earns approximately $5,599 per month.

Sell 3 Ads Per Day can earn over $100,000 per year (Not yet accomplished)
No Cap on Earning! SELL MORE, EARN MORE
THIS JOB IS NOT FOR THOSE THAT LIKE TO SELL VIA EMAIL OR USING SOCIAL MEDIA, IT REQUIRES SOMEONE THAT CAN ASK FOR THE DEAL, AND ASK A SECOND TIME! Also, not a position for someone in customer service taking inbound calls. YOU NEED TO BE A HUNTER TO SUCCEED.
Production controls your destiny.
Skills Required: The ability to make 100 plus calls daily minimum, make and close from cold calls, handle rejection and be comfortable developing a relationship over the phone are essential skills needed. If you are frustrated with calls that will be heavily weighted with a “no” this job will be a challenge. It is a numbers game, the more you call, with a passionate script, the more you will close and earn.
Payroll paid on the 3rd and 18th of each month.
