SPONSOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IN TRAINING PLAN (Part Time)

TRAINING PERIOD, UP-TO NINETY DAYS (90) A PAY PER CALL PLAN IS AVAILABLE

NINETY (90) DAY TRAINING PERIOD- Make 90 calls per day, work at least 4 hours per day, with low sales closing expectations during the first thirty-day period. Expectation to ramp up after month one.

Earn up to $785 per month from outbound calls as a part time rep, plus 16% commission on closed sales. Top Gun closers can earn more than $3,000 per month (no cap) month one by closing at least one (1) sale per day.

During your first ninety (90) days with the company, the compensation plan is offered on a 1099 basis. Prove you can produce any time after thirty days you can be invited to join the company as a W2 part-time employee. Production controls your destiny.

Income is controlled based on your ability to sell and close. This comp plan can ensure a monthly steady income for those training and working to learn the business.

There are qualifiers and expectations during this ninety (90) day training period to earn this steady income.

After the first ninety (90) days or sooner based on production, the sales pro would be expected to be trained too either:

a) Be offered a part-time sales role paying $900 to $950 salary per month, plus commission on new sales at a rate of 24% for all business produced over $4,500 in a month. No cap on earnings. Closing two (1) sales per day would approximate annual earnings of more than $30,000. Must have produced a minimum of $4,000 in a month during the training period, or anytime thereafter to qualify for a W2 role.

b) Be offered to remain as an Independent Contractor on a commission only basis at 24% commission on all new sales, from dollar one. Closing two (1) sales per day would approximate annual earnings of more than $25,000 to $30,000 part time.

The goals and requirements during this ninety (90) day training period are:

You will agree as an Independent Contractor for the Pay Per Call Plan, to work a minimum of 4 hours per day, five business days (Monday through Friday) and have full attendance during this training period to qualify for the Pay Per Call Program. (modifications to the number of days required by increasing hours of workdays will be considered)

Any absence can affect payment and becomes a subjective decision by the company about whether to pay or not pay for missed, unapproved time off. All time off must be reported if you are unable to work a full minimum of four hours during the California business day for the Pay Per Call Program.

Since this is a 1099 Job, ultimately you have no legal requirement to work daily hours, you can work any amount of time daily during the week and earn 16% commission on your sales. However, the time you work will affect the formula for earnings on a Pay Per Call Plan, as defined.

A business day of four (4) hours, is considered part time: California, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, business hours of 9 AM PST to 6 PM PST. The hours worked will be tracked from phone calls made.

• Reported time off working less than four (4) hours in a business day (defined above) will result in a 10% reduction for that pay period earnings on the Pay Per Call Program.

• Should you not pre-report a missed workday of four (4) hours, this will result in a 20% reduction for that pay period’s earnings on the Pay Per Call Program.

• The company will monitor all leads sheets to ensure they are being maintained and kept up-to-date daily. Pay Per Calls earned can be forfeited if the company deems the leads sheets are not being maintained and that counted payment calls are not at 25 seconds or more engagement with the prospect.

• As an Independent Contractor you will always be eligible to earn 16% for individual sales closed. Commission on deals sold is locked in and not affected by time taken off.

During the ninety (90) day training period the company is offering you an opportunity to learn the business with minimal sales expectations and potentially qualify within this ninety (90) day period for a company (W2) sales role with a salary guarantee and commission.

• Or to ramp up your sales and convert to a full-time independent sales rep. (Part Time or Full Time)

There will be three training steps during the ninety (90) days that can increase a steady income.
